Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, PaystubsCity will process it within 24 to 48 business hours. Depending on your payment provider, the refunded amount should appear in your account within 7 to 10 business days.

If the refund does not reflect after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider, as some institutions may take longer to finalize the transaction.
